All Players participating in Adult Safe Hockey Leagues (including ASHL Satellites) are required to complete an online registration process at www.ashl.ca. Additionally, each Player must provide their signature at the rink (either electronic or hard copy) in order to validate their registration. 

 

Upon completion of this process, the Player is issued a personalized ASHL Player photo ID card (at full-service OPC facilities), a seasonal eligibility helmet sticker, and is enrolled in the League sports accident insurance program. To visually verify their eligibility to on-ice Officials, it is a requirement that each Player affix the sticker to the back of his / her helmet before their first game of each season.
