Registering your Tournament as an Adult Safe Hockey Network Qualifier is as easy as 1-2-3...

2 - Complete as much of the information as possible.
3 - Submit the form by e-mail, fax or mail.
We will contact you to confirm: receipt of your application, payment of all applicable fees, and delivery of necessary documents, supplies, and prizes. In the meantime, should you have any questions about the ASHN Tournament Qualifier Program or require assistance with the application form, do not hesitate to contact us.
Player Registration
All Tournament Players are required to add their name, age, e-mail address, and signature to an Official Team Roster & Waiver Form. To ensure all Players are registered and eligible for liability coverage, the Tournament Organizer must forward a copy of all Team Rosters by e-mail, fax or mail to the ASHN Office within five (5) business days of the event's conclusion.
